OrderGrid Inc. ("OrderGrid") uses the following sub-processors to process Personal Data on behalf of its clients in connection with the OrderGrid Platform Service. This list is maintained in accordance with Section 6 of the OrderGrid Data Processing Addendum.

5. SECURITY & MONITORING

Endpoint detection and response provider. CrowdStrike's Falcon agent is deployed on OrderGrid personnel devices and production infrastructure for threat detection and incident response purposes. The agent processes device telemetry and may incidentally access Personal Data cached on monitored endpoints.

6. COMMUNICATIONS / TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGING
