OrderGrid Inc. ("OrderGrid") uses the following sub-processors to process Personal Data on behalf of its clients in connection with the OrderGrid Platform Service. This list is maintained in accordance with Section 6 of the OrderGrid Data Processing Addendum.

1. INFRASTRUCTURE & CLOUD SERVICES
Primary cloud infrastructure provider. AWS hosts the OrderGrid Platform Service and processes Personal Data including the categories described in Schedule 1 of the DPA.
Canada, United States, EU
Cloud infrastructure provider. Azure provides supplementary cloud-based IT resources and may process Personal Data including the categories described in Schedule 1 of the DPA.
Canada, United States, EU (Ireland)
Cloud database provider. MongoDB stores Personal Data including the categories described in Schedule 1 of the DPA.
Cloud infrastructure and productivity services. Google Cloud and Google Workspace provide cloud-based IT resources and may process Personal Data including the categories described in Schedule 1 of the DPA.

OrderGrid uses Atlassian services (Jira, Confluence) for internal technical requirements, ticket resolution and support case management. Support tickets may include Personal Data provided by or relating to platform users.
United States, EU, Australia
Internal communications platform. Platform clients may contact OrderGrid support via shared Slack channels, which may include Personal Data in the course of support and operational communications.
OrderGrid provides at least 30 days' advance notice of any changes to this list in accordance with Section 6.3 of the Data Processing Addendum. For questions, contact privacy@ordergrid.com.
