Do you integrate with my delivery partner?
Yes! OrderGrid has already built a number of integrations with delivery partners so we have a lot of expertise in handling delivery integrations. You can use one of our existing delivery integrations or just let us know who you are partnering with for delivery and we can integrate to provide a seamless delivery experience.
What equipment do I need for my dark store?
You need very little equipment to get started and scale quickly. All you need is shelving or storage depending on your products, a few hand scanners, a monitor for keeping track of order timelines and a receipt printer. OrderGrid Express takes care of the rest.
How do I setup my dark store?
Once you have a site, some shelves, refrigerators and freezers, and the software integration is being completed, we can help you get the rest of the site up and running in the space of a few days so you can launch with a bang.
How quickly can I get my dark stores running on OG Express software?
Depending on your systems, OG Express can be up and running in your dark stores in as little as two weeks. Once the first store is live, you can scale as fast as you like!

Yes! OrderGrid integrates into your own custom store front and order management system, or to other well known e-commerce store fronts to receive orders. Our integration will also publish your catalogue of products so that end-customers can only order what you have in stock in realtime.

Of course! OrderGrid has a wide range of standard boxes and materials, and we can also source the perfect custom packaging for your product(s), at competitive prices.

Currently, our order accuracy rate is 98%.
Do you have a storage minimum? 
No. We don't! You can store as little, or as much as you want at any of our OrderGrid warehouses (Toronto, Miami, Mexico).
What is your cut off time for orders?
Orders must be placed before 4:00PM to ensure they are picked and packed on time, and ready for pickup.

If an order is placed before 4:00PM EST, it will be shipped out in the same-day. If it is placed after 4:00PM, it will be picked up by our carriers the next day.

The choice is entirely up to you. OrderGrid has a wide range of standard boxes and materials, and can source custom packaging at competitive prices. For brands that have it all figured out, we're happy to use any packaging you provide us with!
